I just came across this little gem and would like to thank you for a compact, well designed program. Even if this program never evolves much more I do feel it is close to perfect. Too many programs get huge and confusing trying to do EVERYTHING and end up doing nothing well. I really feel you have an excellent grasp of what is essential and what is bloat.

Having said that, I do have some minor suggestions for your next version.

    1) It would be nice if you edit an existing note that the close button would also save the changes. (lost some work this way)

    2) If an event repeats, it would be nice if it also showed in the calendar that something was scheduled. (i.e. every Thursday highlighted) Curently it only shows in the events window and on the original day scheduled.

    3) User editable colour schemes. The ones you have are really nice but it would be nice if they were customizable. Currenly Autumn is the only high contrast one for events.

    4) Formatting in notes. Editable window size and/or horizontal scrollbar.

    5) Program update checking. Bit of a pain sometimes, and to be honest I often turn them off, but when something is this good it is nice to see when a new version is available.

Have read some of the feature requests and am really looking forward to seeing what you decide will be in the next version. I am certain you will make wise choices that enhance your vision of what this program should be.
